KHAWAR MANN OBE

PARTNER

Khawar Mann has over 20 years of experience across investment, private equity, and business leadership, with a strong focus on growth investing and emerging markets. He is the Co-Founder and Partner at Integra Global Partners, bringing extensive operational and strategic expertise across multiple industries.

He is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Auxilium Services, a technology-enabled Employer of Record (EOR) platform supporting over 400 global clients with payroll, residency, training, and visa solutions. In addition, he co-founded Skai Healthcare, a concierge healthcare and wellness platform operating across the GCC and the UK.

Previously, Khawar served as CEO of Evercare Group and was Partner & Co-Head of Healthcare at Apax Partners, leading investments across Europe and Asia. Alongside his commercial work, he co-founded the UK charity Mosaic, for which he received the Order of the British Empire (OBE).

Khawar holds an MBA from The Wharton School and both an MA and LLM from the University of Cambridge.

SAGHEER MOHAMMED

PARTNER

Sagheer Mohammed is an internationally recognised legal and corporate advisory professional with extensive experience across capital markets, investment banking, compliance, and corporate structuring. He began his career as in-house counsel at one of the world’s largest investment banks in London before relocating to Dubai to lead the Capital Markets and Investment Banking practice at a top-tier law firm advising the Dubai Government and members of the Dubai royal family.

Throughout his career, Sagheer has led high-profile transactions and built strong relationships across the Middle East and Asia Pacific. He acted as lead counsel to the Government of Dubai on the landmark multi-billion-dollar Sukuk financing for the expansion of Dubai International Airport and has been recognised by Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, and Who’s Who Legal.

In 2007, he founded Praesidium LLP, a compliance consultancy within DIFC, later forming Tricor Praesidium through a joint venture with Tricor Global. He subsequently launched several international ventures across hospitality and advisory services before co-founding Integra Global Partners in 2025.

Sagheer is known for his strategic insight, strong commercial acumen, and meticulous attention to detail, bringing a highly tailored and relationship-driven approach to client advisory.

ISAHAQ ASLAM

PARTNER

Isahaq Aslam is a UK-qualified lawyer and senior compliance professional with extensive experience across regulatory compliance, AML, corporate structuring, and governance advisory. As Partner at Integra Global Partners, he oversees the firm’s compliance, data protection, AML, and corporate service provider mandates, with particular expertise in UAE free zones and cross-border structures.

With over 10 years of experience establishing regulated and non-regulated entities across the UAE and international jurisdictions, Isahaq has advised internationally recognised organisations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to Integra, he held senior compliance roles at Unitas Client Advisory and Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG), where he was instrumental in building compliance and MLRO frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

Recognised for his strong regulatory knowledge and practical approach, Isahaq has worked closely with key UAE regulators including the DFSA, FSRA, DIFC, and UAE Central Bank. Additionally, he developed unique compliance monitoring programmes enabling more cost-efficient measures of control and oversight. He is widely recognised as a trusted advisor on regulatory matters, known for his attention to detail, extensive expertise, and personable approach to client engagements.

Isahaq holds an LLB (Hons) from De Montfort University, UK, and is affiliated with The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) in the UK.

AMMAR AZHAR

PARTNER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Ammar Azhar is an ICAEW and ACCA-qualified accountant with over 20 years of international finance and leadership experience across professional services, telecoms, and private equity. His career includes senior roles at globally recognised organisations, including KPMG, where he built a reputation for driving financial excellence, operational transformation, and regulatory resilience at scale.

Throughout his career, Ammar has advised businesses on complex fundraising rounds, IPO readiness, large-scale finance transformations, and highly regulated operating environments. As a dual authorised individual with both the DFSA and ADGM, he brings deep expertise in financial governance, compliance, and board-level oversight.

In addition to his corporate and regulatory experience, Ammar has designed and led high-performing shared service centres and outsourcing platforms, providing organisations with cost-efficient and scalable cross-border finance operations without compromising quality or control.

As Partner & CEO of Integra Global Partners, Ammar leads the firm’s strategic vision and operational growth. Under his leadership, Integra provides businesses with access to fractional CFO services, outsourced finance teams, and scalable back-office solutions delivered to the highest professional standards.

ASAD MUKHTAR

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Asad Mukhtar is an experienced finance and operations leader with over 14 years of expertise across financial management, corporate planning, risk advisory, and strategic operations. He began his career at Grant Thornton Advisory, where he developed a strong foundation in financial advisory, analysis, and risk management before progressing into corporate finance roles within Tier 1 consulting firms.

Over the course of his career, Asad has held senior finance positions across multinational corporations, leading conglomerates, and FMCG organisations. He has successfully led budgeting, planning, and performance management functions, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, financial discipline, and strategic growth.

As Chief Operating Officer of Integra Global Partners, Asad oversees the firm’s Pakistan back-office operations, focusing on talent development, operational excellence, and seamless cross-border client delivery. He also leads the firm’s risk advisory and credit rating practice, working alongside leading economists and industry experts on projects involving sovereigns, multilaterals, and financial institutions.

Asad brings a practical and strategic approach to helping businesses strengthen governance, scale sustainably, and create long-term value.

INES SAMPAYO

CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

International business development and marketing leader with experience across Europe and the Middle East. Having lived and worked in Portugal, Austria, Spain, and the UAE, Ines brings a global perspective and expertise in strategic growth, brand positioning, and client engagement across multicultural markets. She holds a degree in Law, providing a strong foundation in regulatory awareness, corporate environments, and cross-border business dynamics.

Ines has held roles across multinational organisations and high-growth environments, including Philip Morris International, spanning marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships. At Integra Global Partners, she leads the firm’s business development initiatives, focusing on market expansion, commercial strategy, and strengthening client relationships across key international markets.
