Ammar’s career spans senior roles at world class organisations including KPMG, where he built a reputation for driving financial excellence, operational transformation, and regulatory resilience at scale. Ammar has successfully guided businesses through complex fundraising rounds, IPO readiness, large scale finance transformations, and stringent regulatory environments. As a dual authorised individual with both the DFSA and ADGM, he brings the highest standards of financial governance, compliance, and board level oversight. In addition to his regulatory and corporate achievements, Ammar has designed, launched, and led high performing shared service centres and outsourcing solutions,
giving him unique, first hand expertise in delivering cost efficient, cross border finance operations without compromising on quality or control. Asad is a seasoned finance and operations leader with over 14 years of experience spanning financial management, corporate planning, risk advisory, and strategic operations across diverse industries. He began his career at Grant Thornton Advisory, where he spent five years developing expertise in financial advisory, analysis, and risk management. He then advanced into corporate finance roles with several Tier 1 consulting firms, gaining exposure to complex transactions and multinational client portfolios. Over the following eight years, Asad held senior finance roles in multinational corporations, leading local conglomerates, and FMCG organizations.
In these positions, he spearheaded budgeting, planning, and performance management functions, building a strong track record in driving financial discipline, operational efficiency, and strategic decision making at scale. As Chief Operating Officer of Integra Global Partners, Asad oversees the Pakistan backoffice operations, with a focus on talent acquisition, operational excellence, and strengthening client relationships to ensure seamless cross border service delivery. He also leads the firm’s risk advisory and credit rating practice, collaborating with leading economists and industry experts on projects for sovereigns, multilaterals, and financial institutions, aligned with international standards such as Moody’s, S&P, and Fitch. UK qualified lawyer and senior compliance officer. Isahaq acts as an advisor to several internationally renowned organisations and HNWI. He is an affiliate o f the UKICSA. Building on hislegal and regulatory acumen, he sits a s a corporate secretary o n various committees. As Partner of Integra Global Partners, Isahaq oversees the firm’s compliance, AML, data protection and corporate service provider mandates, bringing deep UAE free zone and cross border structuring expertise to complex client engagements. Isahaq has a proven track record and over 10 years of experience in establishing both regulated and nonregulated businesses in UAE’s financial free zones and in other jurisdictions, in addition to 6 years of legal practice in the UK. Isahaq acted as a Director of Compliance for at Unitas Client Advisory and provided compliance
and MLRO for a number of regulated firms in the DIFC and ADGM and lends his credentials to firms who are looking for a proactive and practical compliance officer. He acte d as an ICSA approved corporate secretary and he sits as an independent member of audit and risk committees for several reputable firms. Isahaq was at the forefront of corporate service provider services and data protection services and single handedly pivoted the business to become the leader in the domain. Prior to joining Unitas, Isahaq was the Head of Compliance for the Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG), where he was instrumental in establishing the compliance and MLRO frameworksin multiple jurisdictions and creating new entities for both Financial and Non Financial Companies. Furthermore, he was responsible for structuring a number of trusts, SPV’s and LTD companies in numerous jurisdictions. Consequently, he has excellent relationships with regulators at the UAE Central Bank, the DFSA,DIFC and FSRA inADGM. Between 2015-2017, Isahaq worked as an associate at Praesidium LLP, and specialised inter alia in creating compliance and MLRO framework. Isahaq led the regulatory team and his role included handling both the DFSA and DIFC regulations with regards to compliance and AML risk, risk assessments incorporations and establishments. He has experience in handling regulatory applications across the different spectrum of prudential categories and was the lead in developing firms’ required systems and controls, prior to a regulatory submission. Additionally, Isahaq developed unique compliance monitoring programmes enabling new cost-efficient measures of control and monitoring. Isahaq has been recognised as the go-to person on regulatory matters, based on his attention to detail, extensive knowledge and personable approach to handling client matters in a considerate and efficient manner. Isahaq, a British qualified solicitor, is an Honours graduate in Bachelor of Law from the De Montfort University, UK, and is also affiliated with The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) in the UK.
KHAWAR MANN OBE

With over 20 years’ experience in the investment sector and leadership of companies, Khawar Mann specialises in growth investing, with a particular emphasis on identifying emerging market forces and opportunities. Khawar is a Co-Founder and Partner at Integra Global Partners. Khawar is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Auxilium Services, a tech enabled Employer of Record (EOR) business, providing payroll, company training, residency services, and visa outsourcing solutions servicing 400+ clients from across the world. He also co-founded Skai Healthcare, a state of the art health companion service, providing concierge primary care and longevity/ wellness advice to clients in the GCC and the UK.
He invested in startups like Moove.io, and actively engaged with Speedinvest, a top European VC fund focused on early stage tech. Having led a number of companies, he has a blend of investment and operational experience, with a particular passion about generating social impact, most recently using impact investing as a transformational vehicle. As an advisor and non executive, his expertise lies in devising impact and commercial strategies, working with government leaders, private sector, and developmental organisations. With a proven track record and a deep knowledge of innovation and trends in the generation and utilisation of data sets and of new technologies. Previously as Chief Executive Officer of the Evercare Group, Khawar spearheaded the firm’s healthcare strategy and investments across emerging markets and led the development of the key building blocks of Evercare across India, Pakistan, Kenya and Nigeria. Prior to that he was Partner & Co-Head of the healthcare team at the international private equity firm Apax Partners, leading investments across Europe and Asia. He was also Chairman and President of Medsi Group,Russia’s largest private healthcare sector institution. Khawar holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA and LLM from Cambridge University. He was the co-founder of Mosaic, a UK-based charity that mentors young adults in deprived communities, for which he received the Order of the British Empire (OBE). He is also head of the UK selection committee for the Thouron Award.

Former in house lawyer to one of the world’s largest investment banks in London, subsequently moved to Dubai to head the Capital Markets and Investment Banking team a t a top tier power law firm renowned for advising Dubai Government and members of the Dubai royal family Sagheer successfully established his practice and team a s internationally recognized with very strong connections within the Middle East and Asia Pacific and for his ability i n continuing to net Dubai Government deals. He was lead counsel for the Government of Dubai (Department of Civil Aviation) on what was a t the time the largest ever Sukuk bond deal. The total project was i n excess of US$ 4 billion used to finance the expansion of Dubai International Airport.

In 2007 Sagheer established Praesidium LLP, a compliance consultancy firm a t the Dubai International Financial Centre. Through his consistent unrivalled service, he managed to build an elite portfolio of some of the most recognized and influential global names. In 2010 he successfully joint ventured his business with Tricor Global, a member of Bank of East Asia Group to create Tricor Praesidium. The JV coupled with Tricor’s global reach, had a combined resource capacity of over 1,500 staff across 23 offices and were regarded a sthe dominant DIFC firm. In 2010 Sagheer partnered with Tower Group, a U S Development firm to develop ultra luxury hotels around the world and created 12 Blues Hotels & Resorts. For hisfirst project i n the Maldives he was featured and was quoted a s being the next ’Adrian Zecha,” the legendary hotelier behind the ultraluxury Aman Resorts. In 2019 Sagheer re-entered the consultancy space. Driven by a desire to create a formidable organization that attracted the most spirited intellectual firepower he launched Unitas Client Advisory. Located i n the Nasdaq Building i n the Dubai International Financial Centre, the premise was to offer unrivalled bespoke consultancy services to the most prominent and discerning of clients looking for that difference i n approach. He further established Unitas i n ADGM and subsequently Unitas Integra a s a CSP business i n DIFC. He exited Unitas i n January 2025 and rebranded the CSP a s Integra Global Partners. (IGP) which he co-founded. IGP’s strategy i s unique and stands apart from its competitors.
